My name is Julie Natale. I have been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years. I have a bachelors in psychology and went to graduate school for physical therapy. My passion for fitness started at a very young age, I experienced the "runners high" during my years on my track team. I remained active during four pregnancies, and have instilled in my children the amazing benefit of living a healthy lifestyle, both body and mind. I have been practicing meditation for a year and half now and could go on for days about the positive impact it has made on my life and of those around me. I recently became a certified Reiki practioner as well. My goal is to educate and provide guidance to help you achieve total balance in your life, from the inside out.
