Laura is an amazing coach she has truly changed my view of food and health. I was at my biggest weight I have ever been in my life and I was extremely unhealthy due to the excess weight. Food is everything when it comes to your health and Laura is an expert in this area. The 30 minutes that I spend with her 4 times a week makes such a difference in the way that I feel physically, my body is transforming right before my eyes and I am a happier and healthier version of myself. If you are looking for someone to trust with your overall health and someone that will assist you with making the right choices with your nutritional health she is the person for the job. My journey with her has been nothing but amazing, choose her for your goals and you will not regret it. I went from 199 pounds to 159 pounds in 4 months and it is the best feeling ever. Words cannot express my gratitude for Laura! This journey has not been easy and took hard work but it is one journey worth taking. If you have a choice for a nutritionist and trainer her knowledge and expertise isn't comparable.

Its very hard to find a trainer with the right knowledge. I could finally say I’ve found the best trainer ever. Robert is one of the most experienced and committed trainer I’ve ever met. His persistence keeps me focus. He’s helped me develop a new attitude along with confidence which it’s helped me look forward to each session. The expertise and guidance he provides in each session has me making progress each day and seeing faster results. Not only is Robert focused on helping me reach my goals but he makes each session a challenge and some how fun. I take private training sessions with LeighAnn. My body never looked so good. She tailors every workout and although the workouts are challenging they go fast and are enjoyable. Go figure, enjoyable.
