About
I have been teaching in the area of fitness for over 16 years. My services stand out because I understand authenticity and passion are what drives any type of shift--physical or internal. When we take over and decide to step in and hold space for ourselves, we tap into our true power. I had to go through this journey myself, and I know what it takes to set yourself free. Nothing makes me happier than to see my clients do the same!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I prefer to have a clarity call, first. This way I can learn about you, your goals, and of any injuries--this is for the yoga practice. I then create a road map for you! This is the step-by-step process of how we will get you to where you want to be!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified yoga instructor. I am also a certified teacher, although I am no longer in the classroom. I have degrees in English, Physchology, and Education.
Cutrently, I teach in and out of the studio and I am also a motivational speaker.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. My clarity call is free! I typically offer a package program for my clients. I have a combo of yoga, mediation, and life coaching--which covers all areas, and that is 10 one hour sessions for 1,500. If you are interested in just yoga, I offer Yin, Vinyasa, or Power Flow sessions. One hour is $75. And if you sign up for at least 5 sessions, the price is $50 per session.
How did you get started teaching?
I had an injury from playing professional women's football. I had already had a background in dance, so I started with deep stretch practices and ended up looking into yoga. I then combined the two movements, and my back has never been better! I loved yoga so much that I wanted to start teaching it. I especially love to share yoga with athletes because I was a hard core athlete, and what I found in yoga was incredible. It helped me appreciate my body and finally, I gave back to that space I had demanded so much from for so many years.
What types of students have you worked with?
Athletes, beginners, advanced students looking to learn inversions and arm balances, and I also teach kids and teen yoga. So...I kind of teach everyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There was an event at a networking group I attended. It was an open forum on the heart in business. I loved it becauce I feel we can have a heart centered business so long as we maintain our integrity and honor. It was inspiring to see so many people following their passion and serving.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who practices what they preach. Someone who no only teaches yoga, but lives yoga each day. Someone who not only helps to coach others, but knows how to coach themselves through life. I believe you can feel this when you speak to someone, and you can certainly see it with their actions.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about the results you desire, and think more on why that is important for you. What would it change long term? What would it do for those you love? And how committed are you to achieving that?
One of the largest questions I look into is if I truly believe it's possible and if I am healed enough to know I deserve it. Once I work that out, I'm ready to take serious action.
