We offer Exercise, Nutrition and Stress Management coaching using a Holistic (approach). Our curriculum teaches students how to reach their goals and to make healthy living a permanent lifestyle. Weight Loss, Anti Aging, Stress Reduction,Muscle building and Athletic performance.
Being a witness to my client's, patient's and athletes growth, healing and development is the #1 reason why I continue to do this after 27 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step in the coaching progess is the completion of the assessment forms. After the forms are returned, they are reviewed before the first in person interview. During the initial office visit the paperwork is explained in more detail and then Holisitic Assessment is performed which includes the assessment of posture, body mechanics, breathing, movement skills and other vital markers of health and well being. This process can take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the needs and goals of the client.
The information from this assesment is reviewed and then a coaching plan is developed. The frequency of coaching and the necessity of any outside referrals will be discussed after the evaluation results are reviewed.
Follow up visits are scheduled based on the needs and budget of the clients.
