Hot House Yoga and its owner Master teacher Shelly Kwiatkouski have been in our community for over a decade. Driven by passion this studio is unlike others in that it is a nurturing supportive environment. I have gained so much insight from the varied programming that this studio offers . Most importantly I feel the love from the community, holding me up and celebrating with me all the triumphs.
