About this pro

Our full training facility is located on a 30 acre property allowing for green pastures to turn out horses. We offer a under roof round pen, two arenas, and a on site trail path for those building confidence up. At Cadence All Stars we offer 30, 60, or 90 day training programs that include full board care and feed of horses. Our facility occasionally does have an open stall for partial board agreements where the owner provides the feed and hay. Our staff is willing to travel locally to your location to work with your horse, or the rider, for an agreed upon fee, schedule and time frame.

We teach horses by using various techniques involving natural horsemanship. We believe in using simple equipment to accommodate the horses needs as the horse is evaluated throughout individual sessions.

Our top level competitive team will take you from basic riding though our 5 step level training program, and teach horse and owner to be the best students in the class in the disciplines of English, Western, or Horsemanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Evaluate horse and rider, discuss a training course and time frame for training, and finally reevaluate after 3 months.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Started with horses when my father took me at the age of 12. I was fascinated with these animals so much I decided to work at different show barns learning the horse care, and beginning to learn to be an assistant trainer. After many years I decided to branch of on my own with my own new techniques helping riders and horses in many disciplines and levels. I am a active competitor in the discipline of Cowboy Dressage, with past experience in hunter/jumpers, dressage. Western disciplines of reining, western pleasure, western trail. I enjoy every minute of horses and seeing others with the same passion blossom into wonderful riders.

What types of students have you worked with?

Cadence All*Stars Training is offered in many levels from children/adult beginners to competition levels in the disciplines of Cowboy Dressage, Hunter/Jumpers, Dressage, Western Pleasure, Reining to Colt starting, Behavioral issues and much more.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Rider and horse must be a good fit just like a trainer needs to be a good fit for rider, and horse.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Are you committed, willing to learn to understand horses, and most important ready to have some fun with horses.
