Erin helped me in a profound way. She was gentle, thoughtful, and courageous. With her guidance I felt comfortable to ask questions and felt genuinely connected and supported. Thank you for the work you did to help me begin in my process of trusting and loving myself. You’re amazing!

Erin is an amazing teacher. I’ve attended many meditation classes with her and learned many different styles of meditation. She then helped me explore my experiences more in depth. It truly was a reconnection with myself and disconnection with the crazy world around to gain distance and much needed perspective. She’s a kind and compassionate person with a heart of gold. I highly recommend any class she teaches because she has truly found her passion and it always shows!

TL;DR Erin is talented, loving, & all the other positive words. Can't recommend working with her enough. Erin is simply amazing. She's incredibly well versed in a plethora of healing techniques like massage, meditation, all different types of yoga, etc. She uses everything she's learned to create a unique experience for each client, class, lesson, presentation, whatever she's digging her hands into. I've taken multiple of her yoga and meditation classes, gotten an incredible massage, and been lucky enough to receive coaching from Erin. In just half an hour, Erin saw through my bs, got to the core of what's holding me back, and gave me solid, tangible advice I could implement into my life. And not just like, general listen to your highest self (although we did get into a bit of that and actually how to tap into her) advice. Like solid "here's a meditation you can do for the next week that will help with X that we talked about" advice. We talked about Growth, noticing patterns and breaking down the boundaries I set up for myself so I can begin to break those patterns in order to achieve my goals. Real, solid, loving advice. Erin comes from a place of love and light, always. Even when it may not be what you want to hear, she'll deliver it in a strong and empowering way. She is so incredibly talented and such an amazing person to not just work with, but just enjoy and be around!

How did you get started teaching?

I am a childhood trauma survivor. The long-term effects of that accident have shaped the curve of my life path, and it is my goal to help you live without the impact of our life experiences dictating our lives.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with young homeschoolers, young groups that are looking to grow together. People going through a life change traumatic, or the natural process of life, and recognize they need help, awakening to a higher calling and accelerating their transformation.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If you are looking to hire someone to help you grow in any experience, the person you choose should make you feel comfortable enough to receive hard truths without offense. Who's words are not like an allergic reaction to you and whose fees do not push you into long-standing debt.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Am I ready to adopt a new way of thinking and/or creating transformational change in my life? And take the work seriously enough to adapt my life to that path?

Am I ready to admit that I have reached the furthest I can go, and I am prepared to change? And that I would prefer that change happened sooner than the next ten years!

Do I have unreal expectations of what I want from a teacher? And for what I want to create?
