Teaching is like taking care of plants. Little by little you see them growing their stems, then their leaves, and flowers. You have to guarantee they get the appropiate conditions of heat, hummidity, water and fertilizer. If they get what they need, then they grow inevitably. A student is just alike. I strive to create a program catered to my student's needs. During our first meeting I conduct a languange proficiency assessment and work with the students to determine their academic goals. Then we agree on the program and the frequency of the lessons. I love to help my students acquire new skills that will help them achieve goals in life ( better job opportunities, travel, communication in general).
