I am a master teaching professional and have been teaching for 30 years. What I teach is the easiest on the mind and body. Easiest on the mind because your only thinking about one thing when over the ball. Easiest on the body because you swing with the hands and allow the body parts to follow naturally, therefore preventing injuries. I have been selling a video package for the last 18 years.
