Recently I needed to get past a plateau. Michael gave me excellent advice nutritionally. Between all of the amazing trainers and Michael's advice...I'm finally seeing results. In the past 10 days I lost over an inch in my waist and hips, my arms and legs are stronger. I feel more confident and stronger than ever.

Michael is an amazing personal trainer and I could not recommend him enough to anyone who is looking to get in shape.

Love being able to show up and the workout is already planned. The staff is awesome too. I started working out with Michael a few months back after hitting a plateau. The results have been incredible. He has helped me with more efficient workouts which have resulted in weight loss (15lbs) and strength gain. Two months ago I was struggling to run 3 miles. Michael has me on track to do a 1/2 marathon Dec. 7. Thank you!

I signed up for the 12 weeks in June. I have had memberships at other gyms, but never felt comfortable trying to figure out how to operate machines or knew what type of workouts to do. I had great success with the challenge and started working with a personal trainer. I work with Michael who is very supportive but TOUGH! I highly recommend this gym and Michael.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

To get us started with a team approach in achieving your health and fitness goals.  All clients will be given a free fitness assessment.  The free fitness assessment will be sent to your email. Then you will have the opportunity to download a free APP.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I do not have a standard pricing for personal training lessons.  This is because everyone's health and fitness goals are uniquely different. I enjoy developing fitness training programs and meal accountability plans, that are personalized and results driven. Also the pricing will reduce as we achieve and reevaluate your health and fitness goals.

How did you get started teaching?

Since 1985 at the age of 12 years old as a swimming instructor in the National Youth Sports Program (NYSP) in St. Louis, Missouri.  I developed a passion for health and fitness as I physically prepared youths and teenagers learn various fitness disciplines.  I had previously proven myself as a superior athlete in the NYSP program and successfully competed in various organized sports achieving great accolades and records at Clayton High School and Wydown Middle School in basketball and running. The NYSP provided me with the training and experience to develop an athlete centered and results driving training philosophy and foundation, train individuals and groups in the kinematics of swimming and fitness, receive training and education on exercise science, and demonstrate superior fitness and triathlete training, and provide daily leadership and mentoring to athletes.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with professional athletes, men and women  with different fitness levels, and children.  I have also successfully implemented group and individual weight loss programs since 1991.
