I have been in the fitness industrial for approximately 11 years. I get satisfaction from being able to bring health and a better lifestyle to every person that allows me to do so. I really enjoy what I do and I will always do my best to help each person to reach their goals.
What I really enhoy about my work is seeinh the happy face and smile on each clients' faces as they achieve their goals, help them feel better overall and adopt a new lifestyle.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process basically start with some assessment ro determine each person's goal and then develop a plan with which we can achieve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On my credentials I have A a couple of certifications like for example:
NFPT, IFPA, IFPA (Sport Nutrition Specialist), PTA-Global
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Basically the prices may vary depending on the distance of where I have to move, how manny sessions for week or even if the service will be online\Virtual.
How did you get started teaching?
When I move to Miami from Puerto Rico on 2016, I decide to continue training some clients remotely.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of populations, whether to gain or lose weight. I had the opportunity to work with people who are blind and also people on recovering process from stroke
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just go with what make you happy, enjoy thr process and ask everything you wanna know from the beginning
