I’m passionate about helping people. I’ve been personal training for several years, and hope to help people make exercise a priority, and make exercise enjoyable. All while teaching all of the benefits of exercise mentally & physically.
Duplicating my attitude towards the gym. I love when I first meet someone who drags their feet into the gym, not wanting to be there.... then just after a few short weeks of training with me, they walk through the doors with their head held a little higher & lot more confidence. Seeing people walk into the gym with a purpose, and mind focused on their why, that’s my favorite thing to see while personal training.
Keegan motivated me to be better and support me when I was having trouble getting motivated. He tailored my workouts for my goals. No cookie cutter workouts. He knows his stuff!
I really enjoyed the in depth conversation on why we were doing all the exercises we did! It was very educational and the conversation had a ton of energy!! The exercises along with helping me with knowledge for meal preparation and overall nutrition knowledge outside of the what we did while working out!
