About this pro

I’m passionate about helping people. I’ve been personal training for several years, and hope to help people make exercise a priority, and make exercise enjoyable. All while teaching all of the benefits of exercise mentally & physically.

Duplicating my attitude towards the gym. I love when I first meet someone who drags their feet into the gym, not wanting to be there.... then just after a few short weeks of training with me, they walk through the doors with their head held a little higher & with a lot more confidence. Seeing people walk into the gym with a purpose, and mind focused on their “why”, that’s my favorite thing to see while personal training.

Keegan motivated me to be better and support me when I was having trouble getting motivated. He tailored my workouts for my goals. No cookie cutter workouts. He knows his stuff!

  • Cameron James

I really enjoyed the in depth conversation on why we were doing all the exercises we did! It was very educational and the conversation had a ton of energy!! The exercises along with helping me with knowledge for meal preparation and overall nutrition knowledge outside of the what we did while working out! The experience was very informative and refreshing!!! Thank you

Keegan is awesome! He did a great job keeping me motivated. He also did a great job educating which allowed me to feel more confident when on my own. Would recommend Keegan to anyone who wants to get in shape or take fitness to another level!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Getting to know them as an individual.  learning about what drives my clients to make changes in their lives with exercise.. I use that to inspire them when I’m putting them through a workout.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-some coursework through college in nutrition.

-Around a decade of trial and error on myself in the weight room & in the kitchen.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$40 per half hour session

$55 per hour session

*If I have to travel to you, prices will be higher*

How did you get started teaching?

I wanted to lead people by example.

What types of students have you worked with?

all types, all ages. I won’t turn anyone down who wants to improve their life.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don’t make it about money, look at as if you’re paying for a bridge to get you to your goals. Can’t put a price on that if you truly care about longevity.
