I've been teaching all levels and ages. I start listening to to the expectations and goals of each person and from there design some drills. In 2 months I can get you from 100 to 80 average.
I enjoy people when they reach their goals...and helped them enjoy a pure shot.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I work from every angle from drive to putt ... using different clubs for same distance around the pin, to grasp a repetitive and consistent swing. In this way students feel more confidence and less pressure at swinging
