About
At Spirit Stables we teach and allow people to learn from the ground up. From catching the horse and getting them ready to ride to competition. This allows people to bond and reduces fear and anxiety. We do not pressure people to buy or lease.
I have worked with 4-h, special Olympics and am currently competing at a high level. This way I can relate to my students and am current with what the judges are looking for in Western, English and Ground classes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first want to understand what their interests are, goals, and experiences. Physical, Mental and emotional limitations is important information. I am interested in their fears, preconceived ideas and much more. The more I know, the better I can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been riding since I was old enough to ride. My grandparents had horses. I was already competing at 8 years old. I competed 10 years with our local 4-h County. During that time I was on the equine communications team which was responsible for teaching the public about horse care and communication. We went to National competition in Louisville Kentucky. I aged out at 18 yrs old as the top horse and rider in the State. Earning the Mary Lang Memorial. After starting college with a goal in animal sciences. I later was involved with Horsemasters. After years of boarding my horses at other professionals stables. I started managing others stables and lesson programs. Which led me to starting my own facility in 2015. I have been teaching here in Florida for 10 years. Am still competing to this day. I went to PTHA worlds in 2022. Receiving many Top 10 placings. And received 7th in the world in equitation. I love teaching.
