What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask about experience and their goal. Talk with them why they like horses, which is their favorite horse breed. Show them the facility. Introduce them to our horses and the safety barn rules and watch them putting on halter, groom and tack up the horse. Beginner of course get help with all that.
