New Castle Stables is a bouquet style farm that targets individual needs for each rider to grow.we are also extremely family oriented based farm, we encourage all members to rrally be apart of our barn family.We teach from beginner to advance riding lesson, equipping all riders to gain the confidence they need to grow in the sport of riding.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Whenever we have a new student arrive to our farm we start from the ground up. We go over proper grooming of our animals and also we learn how to properly tack up our horses. The first lesson is always an assessment to see where the rider is and what we can work on to achieve the goals of each person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Head trainer / barn owner samantha shinn has been riding hunter jumper horses professionally for over 20 years . Competing all over the country, with numerous top finishes. Samantha is also a usef certified trainer she has worked for many top barns in Florida before building her own.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching for as long as i can remember, i started off working riding camps at the age of 12, as i grew as an equestrian i was give different opportunities to teach. I really got still teaching horse show clients when i was working for a barn down in Wellington. I would teach their clients both at home and at horse shows. I taught at barns for over 10 years before starting my own program.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work woth all students at all different levels. Typically our age group is 7 years old and up.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our last horse show we attended was central Florida hunter jumper association in Tampa FL. We typically try to attend horse shows about one to two times a month. Depending on our client base we either attend schooling shows or A rated shows.
