About
I love using yoga to provide an avenue for my clients to access awareness, acceptance and self love. Moving stagnant energy, connecting to our bodies and creating space for you to show up as your authentic self as we move through asanas and meditations is my ultimate goal and passion. I love meeting at a beach or a park to allow for the connection to our elements while moving our bodies and training our mind.
With a bacelors in psychology and a 200 hour yoga certification I have found a road to connect my love for the human psyche and our bodies. Feel free to check out my Instagram rayvin_rey to get a better feel for myself and my space. I look forward to meeting and creating connections and a sense of community with your that I feel is so important in our world.

How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching after years of searching for my purpose, begining nursing school and working overnight in an ICU as a nurses aid after graduating with my bachelors in psychology, looking into military psychology, working in the school system for a while and working in the service industry I have been on the hunt for what set my soul on fire. I also loved moving my body, I was a runner for years, then transitioning to a gym lover, and desiring for a connection to self and body I found yoga. I always had a calling to be of service, I desire wholesome care and assistance for all people I come in contact with.
