About this pro

The only vibration studio you will find on this side of the state.

Often used by Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, a vibration plate is a machine that gives the body's muscles a high-speed workout by using vibrations to stimulate them to contract and relax. Muscles generally contract once or twice a second, but by standing on the vibration Plate, its vibrations cause an automatic reflex muscle contraction of 30-50 a second.

A vibration plate workout is a great time-saver due to the effectiveness of training and the fact that many muscle groups are activated at the same time. Research indicates that ten minutes on the vibration plate can have the same results as 60 minutes of conventional strenuous training.

I became a coach so I can empower people's lives through FITNESS. When my clients tell me that they went dancing over the weekend after not being able to for almost 5 years, before their training at Great Vibrations Tampa, THEIR LIVES CHANGED. Watching my clients lives become more fulfilling because they feel GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES BUT ALSO THEIR LIFESTYLE.

I enjoy Coaching Boxing/Kickboxing, Wrestling but also  Jit-Jitsu. Not only is it a GREAT WORKOUT it also teaches,  Self Discipline, Mental/Physical Focus, Self-Accountability, Self Respect, Self Esteem, respect your peers and builds Self Confidence.

We live in a crazy world, there will come a time/day where you might have to protect yourself or the loved ones around you. Will you be able to act accordingly or become another victim???

Levi is a very knowledgeable teacher. I loved my kickboxing session as well as working out on the vibration plate which is amazing, I have never felt anything like it. If you receive a response from levi go and try his program. You will not be disappointed

How did you get started teaching?

My vibration training was all by accident , I was looking for sponsors to help me cover the cost of MMA training when I was an amateur competitor.

I had always thought that lifting weights to get stronger and faster was the only way........I was wrong

A friend of mine at the time told me about this Vibration gym and that the owner was looking for a few fighters to help market, I went over to Great Vibrations (Main office is in Omaha, Ne) spoke with the owner and in exchange for a sponsorship I would need to teach 2 classes a week.

8 years later, I'm opening my own Vibration Studio in Riverview, FL
