Thank you for considering me,
I am a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher. My first experience teaching meditation came from a place of wanting to be of service to those around me. I have been teaching for a little over a year in a corporate setting as well as online through social media.
I practiced meditation intuitively for over three years through painting, because of my own experiences, I know what it feels to be in constant anxiety. I used to experience PTSD after I left an abusive relationship, and meditation has been an excellent grounding tool for me.
I stand behind the methods I use. My intention is not only to teach you a technique that best suits your needs but to also provide you the sincere support that you need. If you are pursuing learning a meditation technique for grounding and supporting yourself in your journey of self awareness then you are in the right place!
Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Reiki Certification and as a student I will be happy to also share Reiki as a way to enhance the meditation sessions if you would like the boost.
The meditation teacher I learned under is a PHD in positive psychology and for this reason most of the mindfulness techniques I use are rooted in this line of psychology. All techniques are rooted in scientific research.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I work with a new student, I usually need to do an intake questionare to get an idea of what the student needs are and what is the best technique to start with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified as a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher by the School of Positive Transformation
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My lessons are 1 hour long and I am happy to hold
space for a group or just an individual. My prices vary from $100 to $150 per session. This depends on what is being done at the moment
How did you get started teaching?
I got inspired to teach after I went to a 10 day silent meditation retreat and I experienced the powerful shifts within me, I realized that meditation is a great tool to ground myself in a short period of time.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked in corporate group settings where no one has meditated before and I have students who are familiar with meditation but prefer guided meditation sessions catered to them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event I held space for was a small group where we explored meditation through painting! This is probably one of my favorite ways to introduce my students to meditation
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Your meditation teacher will be part of your path to self-awareness, you want to make sure you are heard and seen by your teacher. You certainly want to be able to open up and talk about your experiences, if you aren't comfortable with your teacher, you may want to find someone who will hold space for you in the way that you need it the most. Also, you could outgrow a teacher and that is ok too! There is always the opportunity to revisit or expand cycles in our lives and this includes your journey in meditation. It's important that you take the lessons within your meditation path as a way to grow your resilience, intuition, inner peace and strength, we must always honor the beginnings and endings as they show up in our lives
