What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We welcOMe all students with open arms, open mind, and open heart! Our goal is to help them help themselves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors and Masters degrees in Physical Education, Recreation and Biology, Guidance Counseling. Mastery University graduate with Tony Robbins for Life Coaching. All Teachers were certified Teachers at Bikram Yoga College of India, completing an intensive nine weeks training under Bikram Choudhury and Senior, Lead Teachers. Vegan and nutrition education and experience. Certified Yoga Therapist. Certified Personal Trainers.

How did you get started teaching?
Born to Teach under a lineage of Teachers. Love helping others improve.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages, all levels, infirmed to pro and ameteur athletes. Currently our youngest student is 3 years old and our oldest is 85 years old. We've worked with hearing impaired and blind students. We've worked with wheelchair bound and cancer patients. We have Private groups of teens and autistic children.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Kids Yoga Class on Wednesdays 3-4 pm is so much fun and full of cuteness and effort. We love planting seeds at a young age.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ensure they are inspiring and experienced.
