Hello everyone, my name is Coach Homer. I’m a former athlete and certified personal trainer who attended as well as graduated from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. I am an Atlanta, Ga native who has a passion for developing the mind and body of the athlete. I believe in having fun as well as working hard. Together we shall become better! I do skill specific and strength and conditioning. I also do strength and conditioning alone.
