About
I was a full scholarship recipient to play college ball for Baylor University. I was a 4 year letter winner and served as team captain from 2009 to 2011. I hold the school record for the most prolific kick returner, ranked sixth in the Big 12 and tied for 37th nationally. I also won comeback player of the year in 2010-2011. I also competed on a professional level by playing in the NFL. I lead my peers in daily practice activities, showed leadership in training rookies all in competitive environment. I got drafted to the St. Louis Rams as a 216th draft pick in 2011 where I played the position of corner back and kick returner. I also played for the Kansas City Chiefs as a corner.
First I will get the client warmed up to get the heart rate up. For example jogging around the field and doing sprints. Then we will start with our dynamic warm up which consist of high knees, butt kicks, and many other movements to get the muscles loose. Then we will begin to stretch. After stretching we will do combine training and explosion circuit. This will be able to help the clients capitalize on the skills needed to get to the next level. Finally we will do position drills to critique the skill set of the client.
