My name is Eric, I've been coaching and training athletes for 30 years. I've worked with both men and women of all ages. I believe in the fundamentals first, last and always. I enjoy watching people grow and get better at what they want to do. I aim to develop athletes for the long term and in the most optimal way possible.

I am a former D1 and pro athlete who has a passion to see people reach their full potential in sports, and in life. I will teach collegiate and pro style techniques that will give you the upper edge on the current competition. I love to teach the game of football and baseball. Being a former high level athlete I've learned so much that I have benefited from and I want to share the wisdom both athletically and in life.
