Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We usually start our new students off with a trial lesson to get a feel for their ability and for what horse they will be most comfortable with. We then move a student into the most appropriate class for them and set up a training program that allows them to progress at a rate that they're comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cathy Stephenson has more than 25 years of experience training award winning show horses and students. She is also the 2-time winner of Chattahoochee Hills Eventing's trainer of the year.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our group lessons run at $225 a month for one lesson a week.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work from all students ranging from beginners of all ages to advanced students.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be honest with the instructor. Being open and honest with us allows us to find the best fit for you within the program.
