Hi there! My name is Jealyna and I'm a senior at Berklee College of Music. I've been studying music and performing since I was 3, and I've been teaching for about 5½ years now. Violin is my principal instrument and I've been playing that for 8 years now. My secondary instrument is Voice and although I've been singing since I was two, my professional training only started about 2 years ago. Teaching music is my biggest passion becasue I know I wouldn't be where I am without the amazing music educators that trained me, so this is my way of giving back to the music world.

Cobalt Melodies Music Studio was founded out of a love of music and a passion for teaching. One-on-one lessons are available to students of all ages and experience levels.

I love music and my goal is to INSPIRE you to continue to develop your love for music as well as your desire to get better at you instrument. I've played music since before I could even read. After 12 years of piano lessons, I picked up violin, drums, and guitar, all of which I've either played in bands, recordings, or both. I have a master and doctoral degree for violin performance. I’ve been playing over 30 years and teaching over 20 years. I've been a leader for many orchestras, and playing many recitals and concerts. I've been teaching piano, guitar, bass and Percussion for 55 years in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon , California, South Carolina and Georgia. Love all my students and love seeing them succeed and prosper.

I started taking violin lessons at age 5, piano at age 7. I also studied at Berklee College of Music and have been performing most of my life and teaching since 2000. I teach "classical" as well as fiddle styles. I have had a home recording studio since the mid 90s and also teach viola, piano and mandolin.
