About
I am a new instructor at the Golf Academy at Magnolia Greens in Leland, NC. Nothing makes me happier than seeing golfers of all skill levels improve their game and enjoy golf to its fullest. I am a PGA Apprentice in the process of gaining my Class A teaching license. I have been involved in all aspects of the golf industry for over 10 years ranging from caddying to teaching to playing professionally. I have performed countless junior clinics as well as 1 on 1 instruction.
I enjoy seeing golfers improve their skills and knowledge of the game and swing. Hitting a good shot is one thing, but understanding why it was good is another.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Determine the current skill and knowledge level. Check grip, posture and setup and then go from there. I don't like bombarding students with too much technical information early on because it just gets too confusing
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in the PGA Apprentice program to become a certified PGA Class A instructor. I have played professionally all over the world and have a very good grasp of the swing and course management - both important for improving one's golf game.
