What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Hi, to start out with, we need to know :

1) your favorite foods are

2) What are your fitness goals

3) What is our body composition

4) What is your time frame for reaching your goals.

From there we orgainize a wellnes assesment test, a fitness test, a nutrition plan then setup a plan of action to get results starting from day 1.

How did you get started teaching?

I got started teaching in Edinbrgh, Scotland.

Then I went on traveling around the world as a Fitness Directors, going to events and training c;ients all over the world

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of students and people. People in general have a desire to be better than they was yesterday. I help them make it happen, by all means necessary.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Crossfit training is something I am very fond of. I had a recent client who never trained in fitness with belief. 2 weeks later he became a warrior in his own making. Awesome!!!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would say to them, visualize the great awakening inside of you. See yourself becoming what you desire and lets make it happen Believe and it is yours...

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Questions they should ask is:

1) How soon can I get results

2) What do I need to do to help along this process

3) What is my nutrition level

4) How defeciencies do I have in regards to nutrition
