I played baseball in high school and in college and coached at the high school level along with youth baseball teams. I was an instructor for Perfect Game a couple years ago and now trying to share my knowledge with baseball players.

He always made sure to put the interest of the team and players above himself. This created a competitive environment where we held each other accountable for our work, but still had fun when it was time. You could always tell he came prepared and with a plan to practice and games which put the team in a great position.
