I am a former professional and D1 athlete in baseball. In college, I twice earned the Big Ten batting title while earning my degree in Health and Fitness from Purdue. I also had a successful professional career reaching the AAA level with the Seattle Mariners. Most recently, I became a world championship qualifier in the long drive.

I have shifted my passion to helping others with their fitness, baseball, softball, and golf goals.

As a father, a former athlete, and a certified personal trainer, I will bring an all encompassing approach to training you and/or your child.
