About this pro

I offer personal training sessions as a NASM certified trainer, I do assessments, weight-training, cardio along with speed & agility training.

As a USA Boxing coach also I can offer non-contact boxing workouts also that will be taught with correct form and technique, which will only help your workout
You can learn how to box while getting a great workout.

I use the same workouts that I used to teach in my classes for 5 years.
You can choose to incorporate both or do either individual program.

I have trained professional athletes and boxing is a great sport to cross-train young athletes for endurance,
speed, quickness, balance, hand-eye coordination, explosiveness, and winning strategies.

I come to you, we can train at your residence or gym.

I love helping someone achieve the goals that we set for them, and seeing former students/trainees of mine get in to personal training.
