I have been servicing the restaurant world for over 20 years. My focus has been in beverage and I teach a variety of classes regarding craft cocktail making, whisk(e)y tastings, wine tasting, and all types of sprits classes. My passion lies with giving others my expertise and knowledge and watching them bloom. I also focus on fermentation and bread making, baking and all types of yeast breads.

I love every aspect of my job! I have been a training to be who I am my whole life. I am a trained beverage expert. I have been a judge for The Beverage Tasting Institute for over 5 years, which is where we blind taste spirits, wine and beer to rate them on a public platform. I am passionate about food and beverages as much as I am about writing. This career and job is more to me than that, it is my life.
