Dr. Chesareé Rollins is operator/owner of CheSa’s Gluten Free Food Truck, Catering Services, and Meal Prepper. Chesareé has had a known allergy to gluten for over four years. As the Executive Chef of CheSa's Gluten Free, Chef CheSa has partner with Sparkling Ice, the American Heart Association, Oak Street Health, and a number of community organizations to empower Foodies to eat health while dining out.
Since 2015 Chef CheSa has successfully launched businesses that cater to individuals who have an intolerance to allergies such as bread, wheat, flour, barley, oats, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts and shellfish because of her extreme health complications related to gluten. Chesareé prepares delicious meals with fresh vegetables and quality meats. All of the meals prepared by Chesareè and her team are 100% gluten free, organic and NON-GMO.
Chesareé creations have become a staple at Wrigley Field during Cubs games; a welcomed vegan addition at Whole Foods and Pete’s Fresh Marketsalad bars; and a pop-ups enthusiast delight during the downtown lunchtime.
CheSa is the only Woman-owned, minority-owned 100% Gluten-Free Food Truck in the state of Illinois and the only food truck in the mid-west that curates a healthy Gluten-Free Menu, food truck style.
Chesareé began her culinary career in 2016. Prior to entering the restaurant industry she was Chief Operating Officer for a local food supplier and entrepreneur. Chesareé has over 15 years of business management experience and resides on the south-side of Chicago with her toddler Chloé.
