The best part of being a Chef Instructor is to find one of my previous students in some food market or in a restaurant and hear thet they remember the classes they took with me and also that they continue useng and honing the skills learned.

I worked in the past with adults as well as Kids and also with families altogether and it always gives me a great satisfaction to know that a famiy or a student is adding a new technique or a new dish to their cooking menu and cooking skills.
