What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer a 10 week comprehensive course on mindfulness every quarter. The classes integrate Buddhist teachings on meditation with mindfulness, neuroscience and psychology.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully empower Zen teacher and Zen priest and have been teaching for over 25 years.
