What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students, we will go over baseline assessments to see your current fitness level. We will go over body composition, goals as well as a dynamic postural analysis. From there we will begin your fitness journey!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former D1 Football WR at the Ohio University,
Former NFL Prospect, BA in Health Admin, current NASM certified Personal Trainer, current NCSF Strength and Conditioning Coach.
