About this pro

My Goal and my passion is to assist you in becoming the healthiest version of you through healthy cooking, various health and wellness programs, or one-on-one coaching. My services are as individual as you are!

I help adults with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, autoimmune and digestive issues find ways to minimize (and sometimes reverse) symptoms and disease.

I am a trained, board certified health coach (drugless practitioner). I will support, guide, and educate you in living a healthier life through food, life style, and mindset.

The courses and training I've had in healthy cooking, plant-based cooking, health coaching, nutrition coaching, and life coaching to enable me to help you live a healthy, symptom-free life.

We are confronted with numerous health issues in our modern times. The lack of nutrients in the processed foods we eat and the overuse of medications have played a considerable role in the multitude of health issues we all contend with.

Let’s find a way to get you and your family healthy and find natural solutions to today’s modern disease.

How did you get started teaching?

My journey began over 24 years ago when my oldest son, who was about 4yrs old, began displaying signs of ADHD, anxiety, stomach aches, and more. We visited doctors and I suggested that food additives, artificial colors, and sugar were an issue. At that time alternative information was hard to come by.  Doctors insisted that he would require medication and argued that food allergies or any foods, in general, were not a cause for his symptoms.  I instinctively knew better.  I couldn’t read enough on the subject of healing with foods and nutrients and cutting out offending foods.

After research and studying independently for years, I decided to go back to school and get an education in the practice of health coaching and approaching health through drugless, alternative methods.

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with all ages.  I love helping individuals and families overcome their health issues through food and lifestyle.  My past clients have succeeded in making changes that helped them overcome many symtpoms both acute and chronic.

I love working with families and assiting them in making positive changes that impact their health and wellness especially those who deal with ADHD/Asperger's/Autism, depression, and anxiety.

We have a duty to our children to teach them about proper nutrition so they do not become burened with health issues.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

There are many people calling themselves health coaches today, due to the evegrowing MLM businesses.  It is best to find a health coach who has been educated and certified as a health coach.

Unfortunately, the health coaching business is not regulated and the laws differ from state to state.  I encourage anybody looking to hire a health and wellness coach to look for somebody who practices with integrity, has the proper training, and is not a "health coach" simply because they sell a specific product or program.  It is in your best interest to interview and understand what

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

1.  Am I ready to take the necessary steps to make change.

2.  Will I be committed to the program.
