Bonham Stables

Mike Bonham is the head trainer at Bonham Stables. He grew up in the hunter/jumper business in a family largely involved in the equestrian industry. Mike has been all over the country showing horses and running sales and client based barns. He has also spent time in Europe purchasing prospects. He is driven and committed to providing students and their mounts with the guidance necessary to bring out their greatest potential. Mike and his students have won hundreds of hunter and jumper championships. Notably he trained his daughter Kels Bonham to a win at the USEF medal finals in 2009 and several Grand Prix victories as well. Mike is currently working out of the Lamplight Equestrian center in Wayne Illinois.
