What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a complimentary initial consultation to better understand the needs and goals of our clients, as well as theor current condition, health, and functionality to build a customized & optimal roadmap for successful transformation. We motivate, educate, and guide our clients step-by-step for a total body and life transformation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified nutritionists and fitness specialists are key in helping us in the design of each individual client’s nutrition & fitness plan.

$75/session: 3x week
$85/session: 2x week
$95/session: 1x week
*$10/session travel fee for in-home fitness training

How did you get started teaching?
We noticed that their was a lack of understanding of genetics and nutrition for a solid plan for individuals wanting to lose body-fat, get into better shape, and/or improve their performance and health. We decided to group together to share our knowledge with as many people as possible.

For example, we helped a 65-year old type-2 diabetic female lose 75 lbs. of fat and gain 7 lbs. of muscle. (from 256 lbs., down to 188 lbs.), as we have also helped a 26 year old female lose 3 inches off waist in 4 weeks. We can confidently help you improve your health & fitness goals.
