I offer Semi Private Group Sessions (1-4 people) because they provide a personal hands on experience, come with a plan, and allows you train with one person who can get to know your body the best. The groups also create a fun and supportive community within the gym. My training stands out because it strengthens the whole body, raises the metabolism, and improves flexibility. The sessions can also be tailored for the beginner as well as advanced.

How did you get started teaching?
Weight Lifting has been my passion for the past 12 years and I love what I do. I always knew I wanted to be a trainer. I’m extremely blessed that I get to do it everyday. I always loved the way excercise made me feel and I want everyone to see that it’s both fun and challenging.
