My name is Annarita and I have been teaching private lessons since 2012. As a professional violinist I focus my attention on all important aspects of successful music making skills including posture (eliminating tension and achieving a more effortless sense of playing), technical proficiency, knowledge of music theory, and most importantly sound production. Every student is built differently and has a different set of needs. I understand this and am sure to give each student a personal practice plan to fit their needs.

I have experience working with both kindergarteners, middle schoolers, high schoolers, and even adults. My background is in music teaching and I’m currently working on my master’s degree in Community Music! I am capable of both Classical music, Jazz, and improvisation. So, I am happy to teach or learn alongside you on any music genre I am not familiar with.
