I am a currently a PhD student in education policy studies at UIC and long time middle school educator. We offer snacks during resting moments, provide real life experiences to connect to the student and help them better understand the subject matter with visual stimulation. We also like to bring more Spanish speaking skills to children in low income areas and give one on one attention to those struggling with English concepts.
