Fitness is my life, my passion, my love. I've been involved in combat sports for over 20 years now and my favorite thing is helping others reach their full potential. Very experienced in cardio workouts, strength training ,and martial arts.

I am a w.i.t.s certified personal trainer. Life long fitness enthusiast. Life long martial arts practioner. Learned Muay Thai kickboxing in Thailand at the world famous gym tiger muay Thai.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
It's varies depending on what we are doing. Generally 30$-35$
I teach group classes Saturday and Sunday. 40$ a month for once a week or 65$ a month for twice a week.
How did you get started teaching?
I truly enjoy helping people get healthy so teaching was just natural. We all have our one true calling in life. This is mine

All types, shapes and skill levels. From fighters to soccer mom's. All are welcome.
