What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Step 1: Compimentary 30-minute Golf Posture and Goals Assessment Screening
Step 2: Comporehensive 120-minute Initial GFolf-Specific Physical Perfrmance Evaluation to determine physical, structural and functional baselines... and to assess the best custom program design for the indivdial giolfer.
Step 3: Custom Golf Fitness and Total Golf Performance Program Design
Step 4: 1-on-1 supervised delievery of the Custom Golf Fitness and Total Golf Performance Training Program with progressions when appropriate.
