My name is Dusty Psaila. I have been golfing socially and competitively since the age of 10. Through experience, education, countless hours of teaching and practice, I have turned a passion into a profession, The Golfers Gym.

Golf can be frustrating both physically and mentally, however, with the right instructor it can be rewarding and enjoyable. As a Certified Personal Trainer and experienced exercise coach, I look to implement fitness into all lesson plans in order to benefit your game even further.

Course management is very undervalued in the teaching space. I feel confident that I can teach you how to maneuver your way around a golf course to shoot the best scores you can. This course management is based on the DECADE method with applies mathematics to golf in order to play your best.

I don't look to sell you fancy products or multi-lesson packages. I give you everything I have in each session so you can go out and play your best.
