Bonjour! I teach French elementary and high school level French & have a degree in French from Skidmore College, NY (1978) and teaching certificates in French and English from Penn State. Throughout the past eight years since moving to Indiana, I have tutored French to children and adults alike with Varsity tutors and Ecole française both on Zoom and in person at Zionsville schools in Indiana. What I love about my work is my use of humor and song to teach music in the language of French, and to tell stories about the French culture. I use a variety of visual and auditory messages to hold the attention of the student.

First, Au début, I find out what it is they're looking to do --what specific areas they want to work on --and we have a consultation before we work together.
