About
I have over 15 years of experience with horses. I just recently purchased a small horse farm in Jamestown, IN. I can teach, train or board at my own property or travel to you.
I grew up competing in 4-H and Pony Club. I truly enjoy helping children and beginning adults learn to ride. I also have experience in breed shows and combined training (Dressage and Show Jumping). I ride and teach English and Western disciplines. I prioritize safety and fun for the horses and riders I teach. I use natural horsemanship training techniques which communicates with horses through body language (the way horses communicate with each other).

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I normally consult with the student or students parent over the phone, through email or Facebook about their goals and experience.
I discuss my rates, background and availability.
If we move forward, I assess the students ability in person so that I can prepare for that individual student (and if applicable their horse).
