My service is client based, my stretch training programs are customized for each client.

I design my programs to work with people from all fitness backgrounds and lifestyles.

I offer:

*Beginners Stretch Trainig

 *Intermedite Stretch Training

 *Advanced Stretch Training

 *strength conditioning training 

* Pre and Post Injury Conditioning. I work closely with clients in a preventative capacity during our sessions, as well as helping them to work bounce back from injuries and to strengthen the injured parts of the body.

Meditation and relaxation techniques are intigrated into my all of program as well

I love helping to heal people's bodies and to help them be comfortable in their own skin and love their bodies just as they are while helping them meet their fitness goals, as well as teaching the philosphy and science wellness and fitness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Intake assessment checking all vital signs then prepare a stretch training, relaxation and meditation program. 3mths- 10mths duration

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified yoga instructor, cross fit trainer and pilates instructor

Beginners stretch training 30 per session 35mins

Intermediate stretch training  40 per session 45mins 

Advanced stretch training 50 per session 60mins

How did you get started teaching?

Working with local recreation centers  and yoga studios here in inpls along with class for various la fitness locale as well.
