S & S Stables, LLC, located in Paola, Kansas and its surrounding areas, is a women-owned business founded in 2000. The company initially started as breeders of Missouri Fox Trotter horses and transitioned to guided trail rides in 2004. Today, they offer a pleasant experience with their herd of 12 gentle horses through the beautiful tree-lined trails of Hillsdale Lake. In addition, they provide a small campground equipped with water, electricity, a pen for your horse, and heated bathrooms. They also offer pasture boarding for horses with free choice hay and fresh water.
