What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Taking inventory of their total game. Putting, chipping, pitching, bunker shots, then full swing. Zero in on what is costing them the most shots, then set a schedule to improve their technique. Find out their goals and outline a lesson and practice schedule to meet those goals .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PGA schools 1,2 & 3. Attending advanced teaching summits. Have given over 6000 private and group lessons.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$50 per 1 hour private lesson, 6 lessons schedule for $250. Two person lesson $70 for 1/12 hour session.
How did you get started teaching?
As a club professional in 1985.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types, beginners, little kids, average players to college players.

Attending the Kansas Junior Amatuer championship.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be ready to change what feels comfortable to what is right.
