Frequently asked questions

Well, for the six week individual course the first phase is introducing, planning and scheduling. We want to make sure that we're moving at the student's pace and schedule sessions accordingly. Next phase would be conditioning, position based and game situational training. And the last phase would be a recap of everything including a written test preparing them to transition into their respective sports.

For open sessions students would be in groups learning specific workout drills.

I started teaching after watching some of the less developed kids at other programs started coming to my program for development. Seeing them transition into better athletes and become confident in themselves brought a sense of purpose into my life. Coaches can only do so much with little time trust me I know so I wanted to start helping out more.

I've worked with youth 8 - 12 years old and high school level 9th - 12th grade

Well, I'm very fond of football camps... I volunteered at various camps around the city particularly addidas rivals and Nike's opening series camps. Being around like minded people that are just as passionate about teaching is an amazing experience.

Well, my first advice would be to have options, don't just go with first teacher you speak with because it sounds good. Next, the quality of service the teacher is providing and can it help with whatever they're trying to achieve.

Students should think about their own personal goals first, what they want to accomplish and what necessary steps are they willing to take to achieve those measures.
